The maintainence portion of your association fees are used by the Association to maintain the common areas throughout the neighborhood.  Please note however, that street trees (trees between the sidewalk and the street) are the property of and responsibility of the individual homeowners and not the Association.

The Association has contracted with EMG Management Services to provide consistent and ongoing maintenance within the neighborhood. To report maintenance needs in the common areas, please contact:
