Improvements

All exterior improvements, projects, fences, etc... require the approval of the Association.  You may submit requests for approval using the appropriate form. 

Instructions:

1. Download or print the form.
2. Complete required information.
3. Fax, e-mail or mail to EMG Management Services.
4. Requests will be submitted to board members for approval.
5. You will be notified once approval has been obtained or you will receive further instructions as to any needed clarifications or if your request has been denied as submitted.
6. You are advised to not begin the desired improvement or construction until approval has been granted.
